Buyer: the person whose details appear on the order.

2. Subject

The sale and delivery of the object ordered electronically through this site, whose characteristics and price are stated on its product page.

3. Product information

Material, dimensions, sheet thickness and finish are stated on each product page. Every piece is made to order; each batch is limited and every piece carries a batch and sequence number. As the work is finished by hand, imperceptible variations between pieces are possible.

4. Price and payment

Prices are those valid at the time of the order and include taxes. Within Türkiye, orders of 2.500 ₺ and above ship free and a 149 ₺ fee applies below that; a €39 fee, inclusive of customs duties, applies to the European Union. Payment is by credit card, debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or bank transfer.

5. Delivery

The object is shipped to the address given by the buyer once production is complete. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of that address. The seller is not liable for delays caused by the carrier; where a piece arrives damaged, the seller replaces it free of charge.

6. Right of withdrawal

The buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason and without penalty, by writing to hello@dizor.com.tr. Within Türkiye return shipping is paid by the seller. The refund is made within 14 days of the piece reaching the seller.

7. Exception

Pieces made to custom dimensions or engraved with a name, date or message at the buyer’s request fall outside the right of withdrawal.

8. Defects

Where a fault arises from manufacture, the buyer may request free repair, replacement or a refund. Scratches and marks from use are not defects; a paid surface-renewal service is offered for those.

9. Disputes

Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts at the buyer’s place of residence have jurisdiction.
